A block of rooms have been reserved for the National Retriever Club from November 7, 2003 thru November 15, 2003 these rooms will be held until October 9, 2003. Any rooms that have not been guaranteed with a guests credit card will no longer be held after 4:00 p.m. on October 9, 2003.
In addition there will be a $100.00 deposit required for quests that allow dogs in their rooms. Upon acceptable inspection $75.00 will be refunded to guest at time of check out. Twenty-five dollars will be retained by the Ramada Inn for cost of additional cleaning of the room.

Starting Monday November 3rd, training areas will be designated at Ranches in the vicinity of the Boatright - Goodrich Ranch, National Grounds. Beginning on the evening of Sunday, November 2nd at 6 PM, and continuing each night through Friday, November 6th a drawing will be conducted in the Cadmus Ranch barn for those of wish to use the designated training the following day
A list of training areas and maps will be available at the Ramada Inn beginning on the morning of Monday November 3, 2003 which include maps, directions descriptions and restrictions pertaining to various designated training areas. Each night following the drawing, a list of the grounds remaining available will be posted at the Headquarters Hotel. Please note: Training areas are extremely limited and large groups may want to make their own arrangements out of the area.
