It really doesn't matter. We use here,come and heel and he knows the difference. If the tendency for your dog is to hesitate before coming in, use the command that gets the strongest response and usually that is here or come. If the dog is not whistle trained, start it know by trilling when he come in. My dog is actually quicker to come on whistle thatn voice. I would leave bring for when you need him to get a beer from the fridge.
