• ASSEMBLE ALL EQUIPMENT AND ARRANGE TRANSPORT TO SITE OF SERIES

  (Use assigned personnel to assist with transporting equipment to location of series)

• PLACE ALL EQUIPMENT IN FIELD AS DIRECTED BY JUDGES

  (Use assigned personnel to assist with setting up series)

• ENSURE PERSONNEL IN FIELD ARE RELIEVED AS NECESSARY
• COORDINATE WITH KITCHEN TO OBTAIN DRINKS AND FOOD FOR WORKERS
• SERVE AS POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN JUDGES AND FIELD TRIAL CHAIRMAN
• MONITOR RUNNING OF STAKE
• PROVIDE THE ABOVE SERVICES FOR EACH SERIES OF STAKE
• PROVIDE LIST OF WORKERS TO FIELD TRIAL CHAIRMAN FOR WORK HOURS CREDIT

  ½ Day or Full Day Work Credit

• ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED TO THE CLUBHOUSE WHEN NO LONGER NEEDED
