Riverrocks Redline Slapshot DOB "12-22-99" QAA on Sept 28 by taking 2nd in his very frist Qual at North Texas and then went on the next weekend and Won the Qual at Topeka. Puck was 21 months old at the North Texas Trial. Puck is and has been trained by Mark Patton at Teton Kennels. Puck is out of FC-AFC Backwater Rudy and Redline Lillhammer.

RSKs Smooth Sailing graduated from the Qualifying with a bang!  After amassing 30 derby points and becoming Qualified All-Age with a win while still in the Derby, Cruise, made the big leap to the Open All-Age with a Second Place at the Cape Fear Retriever Club Trial, 10/19-21/2001.  Cruise is 29 months of age!  This precocious youngster was handled by Pat Burns.

FC-CFC Pipers Top Gunner qualified for the 2001 National Open at the Kansas City Retriever Club Trial, Oct. 19-21. A few weeks before he was a finalist in the '01 Canadian National! Gunner is owned by Mary Knapp and Carroll Kieckhefer, handled by Dave Rorem

FC-AFC Teddy's Ebonstar James finished the fall season with back-to-back Amateur wins. He first won the Am at the Tall Pines trial in Leesburg, GA on Oct. 12-14. The next weekend he won the Am at the Lincoln Trail trial in Paducah, KY. The first win qualified him for the 2002 National Amateur.

Michelle and Kenny Trott would like to congratulete Dan Myers for his patience which led to success. Flo is a very powerful dog and a pleasure to watch. She is going to be a big dog success story. Keep up the hard work.

River Reveille"s Double Dare  (Flo) (FC AFC Dare To Dream X Chena River Reveille MH) DB 6/5/98 Won the Qual. at Texas Pandhandle Retriever Club 9/28 and a 4th place at Toepka Retriever Club the next weekend, handled by her trainer Kenny Trott. The following weekend she won the Sunflower Retriever Club Qual.10/12 handled by owner Dan Myers

Jubilashus Fast Woody (NFC AFC Lucyana's Fast Willie X Steele Magnolia Double or Nothin) was the youngest FINALIST at the 2001 CANADIAN NATIONAL OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS. Woody had his basic training done by Alan Pleasant,
Transition training with Marc Patton. His All age training and National Handling was done by Dan DeVos. Thanks to everyone that has helped Woody and me get the most out of our first two years in this great game. Henry Ragle

At the American Chesapeake Club Specialty Trial in Maine Sept 25/27, the Qual was won by Canvasback Gimme the Flier. Flier was handled to her win by 15 yr old Katie Gutermuth. It was Katie's first time EVER handling a dog in a licensed trial.
 

Velo's Sassy Southern Belle received a Qualifying Second at the Wolverine Retriever Club Field Trail on September 23, 2001. "Belle" is a 23 month old female Golden Retriever. She was whelped on October 27, 1999. The sire is AFC Rosehill's Mr. Speaker. She is owned by David and Dawn Day. Congratulations and thank you to Darrin Morman for training and handling our wonderful little girl!

AFC Maxx's Lone Ranger completed his FC by getting 4th place Sept. 1st at the Treasure State Retriever Club in Kalispell Montana.  If that wasn't enough, Ranger went on to WIN the Amateur the same weekend.  Ranger is owned/trained/handled by Jim Mitchell.

Standard Poodle "Touley"  HR Princesa Carmella Of Toulee SH, WCX, CGC  qualified Saturday Sept 8, 2001 for her fourth AKC Senior Hunter pass to receive her SH title.  This was at Bob Peppers Farm in Carnation, WA at the Puget Sound Labrador Retriever Club's event.  Touley is 3 years old. Trained, handled and owned by Cynthia Stratton.  (Many thanks to everyone who has helped, supported and harassed us!  We really appreciate it!! :)

Boogy Woogie Golden Goose received his Master Hunter title at the Madison, Wisc. hunt Sept 1st and 2nd.  Goose is owned, trained, and handled by Sandra Kemp.  Many thanks to Kathy Greenig Swab for her assistance and the HRC Big Wapsie training group for their support.  Goose was bred by lorri and Bill Oliver and is 3 yrs old.

After a month and a half vacation at home, FC-AFC Rebel With A Cause Won the Open at Northwest Iowa Retriever Club. He then qualified for the 2001 National Open by Winning the 90-dog Open at Pikes Peak Retriever Club, back-to-back Open Wins for the third year in a row.

Riverside's Hunter Hudson JH completed his Senior Hunter Title at Rice Creek Hunting Dog Club in Little Falls, MN on August 11th. He is owned and handled by Kim Pfister. Many, many thanks to trainer John Flink of Monday Lake Kennels and the great group I train with!!!

Eileen Jaskowski's standard poodle, Pie, completed his AKC Master Hunter title today at the Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Denver hunt test. He is the first AKC Master Hunter and is now qualified for the 2001 Master National.  His full name is HRCH Can. CH Bibelot's Silver Power Play, UD, MH.

Pittsburgh, PA:  The High Flyers HRC is pleased to announce that members Jim and Bonnie Baird & HRCH UH Allegheny Acres Amanda Jean (Mandy) earned their 1000th Point at MIHRC's Licensed Hunt on May 27, 2001.  Mandy is the 21st retriever to join the HRC's elite"1000-Point Club". She is owned by Jim and Bonnie Baird of Cheswick, PA and trained and handled by Jim.

FC-AFC Teddy's Ebonstar James (DOB-8-23-97) completed his FC by taking second in the Open at the recent Mid-Illinois trial.  This also qualified him for the National Open this fall.  Meanwhile, his kennel mate, Dutchman Gold Midnite Eve won the Amateur at the same trial.  This qualified Eve to run the National Amateur. Both dogs are owned by Steve and Emily Faith and were both handled by Steve. 

FC Pipers Top Gunner completed his CFC at the Brandon Retriever Club when he won the Open June 2nd. He is owned by Mary Knapp and Carroll Kieckhefer and handled to both titles by Dave Rorem.

HRCH Redhead's Rum Boogie was handled by John Wall to complete his first Grand Pass at the Spring 2001 HRC International Grand Hunt.  Boogie is owned by Laura Echols and John Wall.  Thanks to the Bryan-College Station

Eileen Jaskowski now owns a second SH Standard Poodle. Nambe's Lonetree, SH completed his SH today at the Colorado Foothills Retriever Club hunting test. He is the second Standard Poodle SH, right behind his father, HRCH, Can. CH Bibelot's Silver Power Play, UD, SH ("Pie"). Pie got two more Master legs this weekend and now only needs one more Master leg to be the first MH Poodle & the first Poodle to qualify for the Master National! Landry's Mardi Gras Magic Qualified All Age by taking 2nd place at Lone Star Retriever Club's AKC Qualifying Event this month. "Voodoo" is on the National Derby list with 18 Derby Points.  Chief Bucks Wamblee Tonka completed his master title at Manitowoc May 19 and 20. Many thanks to Steve Raehl of Ridgeway Kennels for this and also to Jim Morgan of Buckshot Retrievers for his work with Tonka. A big thank you to his owner Pete Janke for his work with Tonka.

 AFC Teddy's Ebonstar James won the Open at the Lincoln Trail Retriever Club trial, held in Paducah Ky. May 4-6. He followed that by taking second in the Amateur stake in the same trial. Jamie was handled by owner Steve Faith in both stakes. The win qualifies him for the 2001 National Amateur.
