55 NFC-AFC-CFC Cork Of Oakwood Lane x Queen Ace

Harold Coward bred his female, a daughter of the Can Dual CH Blyth's Ace Of Spades, to the 1955 National Champion. He was origionally owned by Scott Fennell of Ontario and was purchased by Mrs. Grace Lambert's Harrowby Kennels. As a Derby dog he shared the title of Co-High Point Derby in 1959 with Ace's Sheba of Arden. Rum qualified for six consecutive Nationals 1961-66 and was a Finalist in 1962 and 1963. Performance records list 101 Open points and no Amateur points.
This dog was one of Grace Lambert's favorites. Affectionatley called "Rum" by the Mrs. Lambert, he was only bred four or five times.
