This three time double-header winner was from a yellow litter bred by James and Janie Trahan. Originally owned by Mary Howley (M D = Mary's Dog) and was trained by Mike Lardy. When the dog was about a year and a half old he was purchased by Newt Cropper. As a young dog he was on the derby list with 17 points. He grew to about 90 lbs and was the high point amateur dog and qualified for fourteen Nationals. He qualified each year for the National Open from 1989-1995 and in the National Amateur 1988-1995.He ended his career with 115 open points and 199 amateur points.
Sire of 15 titled and 11 qualified all-age dogs. Among his more noteable offspring are FC-AFC Candlewoods Captain Kid, FC-AFC-MHR-HRCH Day's End Hillview Super Sue, FC-AFC Greenwing No Moon, and the 1993 NAFC-FC MD's cotton Pick'n Cropper
