Coke was bred by Rex Carr and owned by Jane Patton until early 1975 when purchased by Alanson Brown III. From the time of her purchase and there after she was trained by Lanse Brown and Dana Istre.
Coke started out slow with only a Derby 4th to start her career. She earned 222.5 all-age points, was a double-header winner, and qualified for eight consecutive National Amateur Championships, 1978-1985. She was a finalist two times. Coke also qualified for five National Open never finishing any.
Coke wasn't bred and she is one of three Labrador females owned by Lanse Brown to be inducted into the Retriever Hall Of Fame.
