A great-grandson of the Canadian Dual CH L'ile Larry bred to the grand daughter of the yellow female, Red Lady, were in the pedigree of Tugney Of Oakview. The dam of Sir Mike of Orchard View had a similar pedigree, but the dam the daughter of Red Lady. Mike was owned By Roger Vssselias and at the that James Lamb Free published his book, Training Your Retriever Mike had 129 1/2 Amateur points and 49 amateur handled Open points he was ranked 11 overall in Amateur points. But when amateur and open points were considered he dropped to 24th overall.

Qualified for 1963-69 National Amateurs and 1964-66 National Opens. A Finalist in the !964 National and the 1966 and 67 National Amateur. A two time double header winner. He finished the FC in 1963 and his AFC in 1964. Tugney of Oakview had a recessive gene for chocolate and a daughter of Sir Mike Of Orchard View was Miss Zulu of Uplsnd Farm. Who produced FC Super Joy Of Spring Oaks the mother of Snake Eyes-Double Or Nothin'. FC Super Joy Of Spring Oaks may be the sorce of chocolate in Snake Eyes.
